The secret key to remain mentally and physically well is to have a proper, balanced diet and eating nutritious food. With rising beauty and style consciousness, the concept of ‘diet’ has come to mean starvation and fasting. However, balanced diet means a uniform intake of all the essential nutrients like proteins, carbohydrate, vitamins, minerals and so on. Also, with the growing popularity of junk foods, eating healthy foods has become a habit of the distant past.
